Research Experience

During Ph.D., worked extensively for 5 (2015 - 2020) years on cyclic loading characteristics of fly ash in beam-column joint as partial replacement of cement.

At first, a review study on comprehensive analysis on effects of fly ash on concrete in aspect of compressive strength considering uncertainties with diverse factors. From this study, some parameters were fixed considering the replacement percentages, water-binder ratio and curing days.

Considering the above parameters, the experimental studies were done on cyclic loading characteristics of fly ash as partial replacement of cement in beam-column joint after the curing of 28 days.

Again, considering the above parameters, the experimental studies were done on cyclic loading characteristics of fly ash as partial replacement of cement in beam-column joint after the curing of 90 days

After that, the investigations were done on Comparative experimental study on cyclic loading characteristics of fly ash as partial replacement of cement in beam-column joint for curing of 28 and 90 days

Worked as a assistant professor at Brainware group of Institutions, Barasat, W.B., India. July’2014-Jan’2015.

Worked as a Civil Engineer in the department of Civil Engineering at Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology,Shibpur(IIEST),Howrah,W.B.India. April’2011-Oct’2011.
