NEW HIRE/TRANSFER OF SPONSORSHIP

OUTGOING TRAVELERS
1- Circulation of travelers list by sending through emails on weekly basis to all concerns. 2- Checking with travel section regarding employee’s annual vacation/emergency & final exit.
3- Encoding of TLR details such as but not limited to: vacation period, route, flight details, ticket number, booking number and ticket amount.
4- Follow up booking confirmation and issuance of ticket/coordination with Travel Section in PHO.
5- Coordination and follow up with Visa Section for issuance of visa. 6- Collate and make photocopy of Visa, Ticket, Passport and computer booking print-out for file together with the TLR.
7- Release ticket, visa and other related documents to travelers. 8- Collection of Company ID, Medical Insurance Card and driving license (if any) in exchange of travel documents.
9- Photocopying of travel documents in 2 sets
10- Filing of TLR with attachment copy of visa and ticket, original copy to 201 file and photocopy to Travel box file.
INCOMING TRAVELERS
