Role was of business head with P&L management of total revenue of Rs.1500 million. Responsible for Position leadership, and application of systematic and automated approach to property operations & asset management so as to ensure delivery of standard, consistent, efficient & best in class services by the property management partners across the portfolio

DLF Portfolio is driven with international safety standards with a core focus towards zero incident. Entire Gurgaon portfolio is 5 star rated from “British Safety Council”, only in World. Also, most of the buildings are platinum / Gold certified from USGBC in “EB” category and accordingly operations are performed. Scope was not only limited to property management but extends to complete business management for all undertaken buildings. This all used to include manpower, vendors, AMCs, Materials, Techno-Commercial and core property management.

On behalf of JLL, set up and agreed on SLAs defining requirements & expectations, Performance measurement and management process (for property services) including setting up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs – measurable and reportable), Overall reporting processes (requirements, frequency, formats etc.)
