1982 to 1998: sailing on various types of vessels (mentioned at the end of this CV) in ascending positions till the rank of the Master/ Captain.

Actively involved in the various Tanker vessels “ON-HIRE” and SHIP-VETTING surveys conducted by B.P., Exxon, Maersk, Shell, Petrobras, and IDK (Japan).

Served on one of the largest FULLY REFRIDGERATED GAS CARRIERS and completed 2 gas freeing and cooling down operations for repairing submerged cargo pumps. Served on AMMONIA CARRIER and completed entire operations associated with Dry Docking of the vessel at Dubai and putting her back into employment. Involved as Officer-in-Charge in full re-activation and re- furbishing of a CHEMICAL Tanker, which was seriously damaged in the Iran-Iraq war.
