Co- authored Connecticut legislation for girl’s services initiative study involving gender issues as they relate to recidivism for the Department of Children and Family Services. As a result of our practices resulted in recidivism greatly reduced in Connecticut.

Successfully managed over 100 state and private Family Forums, where families are invited to voice concerns, feedback and ideas which led to greater overall service provision and family satisfaction for the State of Connecticut.

Managed Clinical Score Cards Dashboards with informatics that improved quality care for eight states addiction population. Results were presented to our Northeast Board to us in partnering and make system change.

Successfully consulted to numerous organizations for the Department of Children and Family Services that led to transformational change.

Responsible for overall operations, compliance and contract management of a 44-million-dollar health services division supporting complex individuals and systems that support them. Support over 60 managers/supervisors and 1000 staff to care and treat patients within our service systems utilizing over 30 diverse contractors providing ancillary services.
