As Store Director, I had oversight and was held directly accountable for all operational tasks, including merchandising, cash and expense management, and administrative duties related to accounts receivable and payable. I managed a store in the top ten of over 700 stores in profit, shrink management, customer satisfaction, and associate engagement. As a store director I promoted 2 of my assistant managers to Store Director roles 2005-2006.

Supervise 300 employees, make hiring decisions at the store level, coordinate training, and develop management staff and management candidates. Ensured that merchandise flow programs are executed, out of stock are addressed, and the store is merchandised to exceed company and customer expectations.
