WORK EXPERIENCE
McDonalds Grill Cook, Cashier
2010–2013
As the cashier I was a professional support liaison who acted as the first method of contact for clientele and aided in product education and location, which boosted client retention. As the grill cook, I insured the quality of the product and correct temperatures for proper food handling. Helped customers get the best presented food possible.
Gigi’s Cupcakes Baker/Cashier
2013–2015
Maintained a clean, friendly environment for customers relaxation and socialization. Remotely resolves customer complaints and concerns. Educated them on the baked goods and how to present or even eat them. Performed routine, repetitive task, in order to produce the same service the customers were excepting. Other duties included cleaning, dishes, and stocking ingredients.
Papous Pizza

I accurately and efficiently cooked pizzas and other menu items, as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Also performed other duties such as boxing up or presenting the dish for customers to enjoy, dishes, and cleaning and stocking what was needed for the night and the next day.

I mainly prepped the side dishes that when with the main dishes. I was to label and date each item and keep them organized as to what job they go to. I cleaned when needed before and after each product I prepped. After each job went out I also was to come in on Sundays or Mondays to do dishes and put away the dishes and other items they used.

I was there to bake and prep things for the weekend ahead as well as getting wholesale orders out. I was expected to be able to scale, mix, and bake all items that we serve. At the end of each day we have our duties to clean and make sure that everything is put in the right place as well as making sure everything is ready for the next day. University of West Georgia
January 2018 – March 2018
I was to prepare the food for the dinner time service. Typically it was just me who would prepare the food and make sure it was stocked up. We hired another team member and we were able to work as a team. I helped to prep the food for the next day dinner shift and some of lunch and breakfast. I was to clean at the end of each night, make sure that what food could be thrown away was. Help whoever needed it to make sure we all got out at a decent time.

March 2018 – Present
I am to come in and prepare the food for breakfast service. Once that is out I serve and educate people on the food we have. Ensuring that they are satisfied with their experience in our cafeteria. I work with my co-workers in order to provide customers with all the products they expect, with the utmost taste and quality. Cleaning and maintaining a friendly work environment is another duty I preform.
SKILLS
In organizational skills I can organize information or duties in a systematic way. Able to establish priorities and meet deadlines. In a lot of my jobs timing was everything. I like the challenge of getting things done a certain time. For me, it makes me feel accomplished when a task is done on time if not early.
Teamwork has always been a go to for me, in my career with food service I’ve always been apart of a team. If there were ever any conflicts we were able to resolve them in an adult fashion. We were able to identify the cause and come to a better understanding of the problem. Working as a group can help to expand in ideas or gain a different perspective.
Analytical skills is something I thrive on. I can look at specific facts and make a quick decision for moving forward. Coming up with ideas that stemmed from a challenging quest motivates me. Looking at a problem and coming up with an efficient solution.
Computer skills I find interesting. The ever updating systems are fun to learn and observe. I am proficient in word, PowerPoint, and excel. While its been a while since my career has used these areas. I am confident in my ability to be updated on these programs. I can operate other basic office equipment to the best of my ability.
Communication is vital for daily life. While being shy used to be my weakness, being brought into the work force has opened me up. I can present ideas and information clearly and concisely, with content and style to the audience. I can handle any concerns that a customer may have. I can teach others in a way that my benefit them. I listen intently and have an open mind about with others may be telling me. Being able to present myself in a friendly manner.
