• Coordinate with various private interest groups to plan and execute roughly 3-10 weekly events with attendance spanning from 7-1500 guests
• In response to Covid-19 sales losses, I came up with the idea of a “drive-thru zoo” to increase revenue and sales for the zoo which resulted in $1.1 million in admission sales and allowed for approximately 200 team members to come back to work

• Partnered cross functionally with stakeholders to create and execute a hiring plan aligned with projected headcount to ensure maximum numbers of team member employment resulting in approximately 5-6k seasonal new hires and 150-200 full time new hires.
