TECHNICIANNATURE OF EXPERIENCE:

Checking of Instrument part list, Location diagram, and Instrument Cable Tray routing. Loop checking of all instrument form field to panel.

Bench Calibration of Field Instruments e g. Transmitters, Pressure switches, Gauges, RTD & Thermocouple for process parameter such as Pressure, Temperature, Flow & Level. I/P converters, Analyzers, Liquid Level Detectors, Level Switches.

Control Valve Accessories dismantling and mounting after Mechanical erection. Pneumatic cylinders Lab calibration, field calibration and commissioning. Having work experience at height around 100 Meter.

Level transmitter & Level switches calibration. (Radar type & Capacitance type) Hot well (condenser) level transmitter calibration and commissioning.

Calibration report preparation according to customer requirement and standard.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience in Projects/Operation and got exposed to the following areas:

Managing the inventory of department under coordination of Engineers &superiors.

Providing technical reports and documentation, according to company standards.

Observe overall plant equipment health, and initiate changes to improve plant instruments performance under guidance of Engineers.

Erection, calibration & testing of field Instruments and loop checking of all field instruments for process parameter such as pressure, temperature, flow & level.

Testing and Commissioning of Control Valves, Pneumatic Dampers, ON-OFF Switches Pressure Switches and Level Switches, Furnace Pressure Switch Calibration.

Involving in safe & successful commissioning of Plant from Control & Instrumentation Department. Mill lubrication oil tank instruments Calibration & Commissioning.

Experience in different HART Communicator like ABB 691HT, Emerson375, for different types of SMART Transmitters.

To make ready all tools & tackles required for commissioning & steady state of plant.

Provide maximum support from instrumentation side to process people for smooth working of project. Receiving instructions, obtains specified material, spare parts and tools.

Maintaining Erection and Commissioning protocols for job completion, & Maintaining Daily Progress Report.

Instruments Wiring, cable Gland termination and loop checking of Transmitters.

Confirm safe work practice at all time.

INSTRUMENTS HANDLED:

Low pressure, high pressure calibrators(Nagman), DRUG calibrator-DPI 610

Temperature calibrator(Nagman), Comparison Tester (Digi gauge)

HART communicators (ABB691HT, ROSEMOUNT475 & 375), Masibus loop calibrator etc.,
