I'm currently working for the Norwegian Cruise Line as the Crew Enrichment Administrator for the Norwegian Cruise Line in Miami Florida.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
●Coordinates a diverse calendar of activities that enhance the crew experience including sports, tours, education programs, religious programs, crew recognition and incentive programs, parties and/or celebrations, and special events.
●Works with ship senior management to ensure that enrichment activities are managed and executed by responsible departments. Special emphasis placed on adherence to Work and Rest hours.
●Attends crew events to ensure an efficient set up, presentation, break down, and overall operation of crew programs.
●Researches and recommends new programs / activities to further enhance the onboard experience for all crew.
●Develops and maintains communication forums including the crew activity newsletter, notice boards, crew awareness campaigns for the Crew TV Channel, and other sources as appropriate.
●Coordinates awards, birthday and get well card distribution.
●Assists the Human Resources Office with embarkation/disembarkation duties, 90-day immigration inspection, and passport distribution / collection (for foreign ports).
●Hosts crew activities in a personable and outgoing manner.
●Provides Admin support and training uploads into MAPS.
●Supports / Hosts Crew New Hire Orientation program Activities.
●Liaise and supports new hire Meet & Greet and Ship Orientation activities working with Trainers.
