Demonstrated excellence in managing of welding activities including inspection of Pipe Fit ups and Final Weld visual, witnessing NDTs like PT/MT and monitoring daily Welding activities & Welder performance at site.

Follow up of inspection recommendations with Projects and Production until completion.

Arranging and coordinating NDT Technicians, Contract inspectors and external contractors, Verifying Contractor Quality requirements, documentation, Ensure Contractor safety.

Witness the Inspection & Testing and ensure that they are performed as scheduled in order to meet the Project surveillances.

Ensure the correct Installation, Construction, Testing works carried out on Mechanical parts like Vessels, Column, Tanks, Spheres, Heat exchangers and Air Coolers, Skid mounted packages, Piping, Pipelines and Structural Steel etc.

Ensure that all Testing and Measuring equipment are identified, Calibrated and suitable for Testing and that instructions for their use and setting are available.

Responsibilities:

Review and approval of Contractor requisition and before processing & Review of Mil Test Certificates for the Procured material and verify for the compliance to the requirements, Ensure that the Observation are recorded and the contractor is advised of additional testing of the material for Compliance to the required Standards and Specifications.
