1. Planning pre-production activities so to meet the planned start date for production

2. Keeping the track on post- production activities by co-coordinating with Buyer and suppliers.

3. Get the development made as per buyer’s requirement. 4. Correspondence with the buyer and vendors on timely basis. 5. Price Negotiation and Finalisation with vendors and buyers. 6. To keep complete status and update buyer for all their respective orders in production status report, ship status report etc.

7. Plan inspection schedule and co-ordinate with QC Dept and shipping Dept. accordingly.
