● Carried out RT, UT, MT, PT for all Boiler Components.

● NDT Inspection (RT, MT, PT) methods on welded parts, Boiler drums as per Customer Quality Plan.

● Visual Inspection of Vessels, Storage tanks, Columns, Exchangers, tubes, tube sheets, tube bundle, Pipe Supports & piping.

● Liquid Penetrant Testing and Magnetic Particle Testing in fabrication parts, Welding area in vessels, columns, tube bundles of exchangers, channel covers, man holes, nozzles and flanges, headers, etc., .

● DPI was carried out on small bore fittings in Reactors, columns, condensors.

● Carried out PT on weld joints, water panels, Bow nets and nuclear components.

● Liquid Penetrant Testing in welding and casting with solvent removable methods.

● Performed Magnetic Particle Testing on Heavy Pressure Vessels.

● MPI and DPI of weld & castings.

● Interpretation of Ultrasonic Testing, Radiographic Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing.

● Witnessing inspection of UT and MT.

● Inspection of Elbow joints and longitudinal pipe joints through UT.

● Carried out UT on wind mill towers and water panel tubes.

● Carried out Ultrasonic Thickness measurement of pipelines, Corrosion check on pressure vessels, tanks, exchangers, column, fin fan coolers, etc.,

● UT welded examination of structures, pressure vessels and piping corrosion survey (grid scanning).

● UT lamination check on raw materials and thickness survey of ages both Errosion components, vessels, piping and tubing of petroleum, Refinery, Fertilizer, Power and Chemical Industries.

● Performed Ultrasonic Testing on Piping in detection of Corrossion, Errosion and Pitting.

● Performed Ultrasonic Testing on piping and raw materials of tubular towers

● To measure planar discontinuities, lamination, crack, incomplete fusion etc.

● Radiographic Testing the Tanks, Vessels, Pressure parts, Pipelines, Spiral Pipes, Water wall shutdown, Tube coils, Boiler Tubes, Furnace tubes, Structural and flow line using gamma ray during construction, maintenance.

● Familiar in Single wall single image, Double wall double image, Double wall double image, Elliptical shot, Panaromic shot.

● Radiography of butt-welded joints and hook up jobs in well lead towers and profile radiography.

● Carried out Profile Radiographic Test on Small Bore Fitting in Refinery in Service Piping.

● Good experience in film processing and interpretation of film.

● Evaluated the film and documented the results.

● Prepared reports UT, Radiography.
