RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains the security and confidentiality of the MD/CEO & Executive’s records and files.

Acting as the point of contact between the Executives and internal or external colleagues with utmost direction

Organising meetings and booking meeting rooms

Review confidential emails and correspondences with utmost discretion.

Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies

Making local travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries including expense reports and visa/passport requirements for MD/CEO and staff.
