Education

Master Degree Program in Mechanical Engineering 2019

Sapienza University of Rome Rome, Italy

Bachelor of Science: mechanical engineering 2015

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological university Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Master Thesis:

“THE APPLICATION OF LEAN PRINCIPES IN THE FAST MOVING CONSUMERS GOODS (FMCG) INDUSTRY TO REDUCE POSSIBLE WASTAGE”

In this research, we discuss on fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry, which consists of a larger part of our daily purchase making it to an important industry for the society. By removing

Activities in the manufacturing process that were not adding any value to the product, the company could become agile which creates short lead time as well as low cost.

Lean manufacturing process is based on the same concepts as Toyota Production System (TPS) and focus a lot on eliminating non-value adding activities, so called “waste”, with the help of lean tools several improvement areas could be identified. In this research work regarding how lean production can apply to FMCG industry is to be studied, how difficulties achieving levelled production and factors to be considered in order to obtain sustainability will be discussed. Main focus is on elimination of waste and concentrates on total value stream transformation.

Internship And Academic Projects

“STUDY OF MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND ORGANISATION OF TAURUS STEELS PVT.LTD”

. During the internship, I had hands on experience in rolling hot and cold steel sheets into pipes using the rolling machines and later welded by electric resistance welding. These pipes were galvanized to prevent corrosion by metal surface coating.

“INDUSTRIAL STUDY OF ESSENAR TRANSFORMERS PVT.LTD”

Complete industrial Study is about the assembly process of transformers and drying the windings which are used in transformers in the presence of vacuum to remove the moisture present on the windings to prevent short circuit within the transformer.

PROJECT TITLE:

“DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF STUDENT FORMULA ONE CAR CHASSIS”

DESCRIPTION: In this project we have 4 members in a group, first we designed chassis of student F1 car Chassis frame by using Catia V5 Cad software. After designing we did perform analysis by using Hyper work Software. Challenges we faced in this project is to make chassis frame with low weight as much as possible with good strength and sustainability. We have done our best to fulfill all the objectives in this project to make it successful.

“STUDY OF RISK ASSESSMENT ANALYSIS AND SAFETY MEASURES IN AN INDUSTRY THEORETICALLY”

DESCRIPTION: In this project as a group we studied briefly about the causes of failure modes and risk assessment. By using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis techniques it is possible to reduce the risk causing factors and take safety measures to avoid any major or minor accidents in an Industry.
