Supporting the HSE Manager and the safety team with planning, coordinating and implementing the effective HSE policies guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

Supporting the HSE Manager in ensuring HSE compliance and perform regular HSE audit in the areas of business.

Supporting the HSE manager to achieve the yearly project safety targets and the KPI set by SAPMT and Aramco division safety coordinator.

Attending the weekly management walkthroughs with Alrobaya project management team and SAPMT.

Conducting the monthly safety meeting with the HSE manager and the site safety officers to discuss the performance deficiency, the monthly targets, and the required tasks.

Ensure the training, the toolbox meeting and the drills are implemented as part of the project's training matrix, HSE program, and the emergency response plan.

Ensuring that the site work activities adhered to the JSA hazards countermeasures before starting the work.

Conducting safety counseling meetings, safety stand-down meetings, and safety awareness sessions and safety training.

Providing the support to Alrobaya project management team in all aspects of safety, occupational health and environmental issues.

Supporting the safety supervisors, the safety officers and the work permit receivers on the daily activities to solve the worksite issues and to ensure that the JSA's, Confined Space Entry Plans and the Excavation Plans are strictly implemented.
