The unit was set up in year 1972 and was inaugurated by none other than the honorable Ex-PRESIDENT Mr. GIANI ZAIL SINGH JI. Diplast started with production of UPVC conduit pipes in 1972 and has since than grown large into manufacturing of UPVC pressure pipes and fittings, SWR pipes and fittings,Conduit pipes and fittings, Water storage tanks, blow moulded tanks,CPVC pipes and fittings, Dustbins, Trolleys, Portable toilets, Sitting bench Compost bin and Planters etc. The company has plants located in Mohali(Punjab),Lalru(Punjab),and Kalaamb(Himachal Pradesh) .

Job Profile: Appointed by Diplast as Tank plant manager in unit Diplast Industries located in kalaamb (Himachal Pradesh).

Responsibilities: March 2015- July 2020

•Responsible for daily required production of tanks.

•For best quality of tanks.

•Purchase of Raw material.

•Maintenance of plant.

•Inventory management of tanks.

•Dispatch of best quality tanks.

•Responsible for material balancing of stock and sale.

I carrying an 5 years experience as production manager in kalaamb unit located in himachal Pradesh.

(March 2015-July 2020).A manufacturer of water storage tanks range 200ltrs to 2000ltrs tanks with certified ISO-12701.

Key Responsibility : Monthly reconciliation of material report to MD SH. ASHOK GUPTA.

•Details : The Hydraulic brake system is a braking system which uses brake fluid usually includes ethylene glycol, to transmit pressure from the controlling unit, which is usually near the driver, to the actual brake mechanism, which is near the wheel of thevehicle.

•Major Project : WOOD ART CUTTINGMACHINE

•Duration : 3months

•Details : The Wood Art Cutting Machine is used for making various type design of wooden Ply Sheets. This machine working is based on single lever slotted barMechanism.

•Reduction in waste scrap from 5k kg to a reasonable rate 1k kg in financial year of 2018-2019.

•Reduce the rejection from 2000ltrs per day to zero rejection by using good quality material with best ratio rate with co-operation of all staff of organization .

•Increase productivity of tanks from 16000ltrs per day to 24000ltrs per day by using workers skill with encourage and appreciate them work like a team.

•Achievement of largest production 70 lakh ltrs and sale 55 lakh ltrs in 2017 .

•Bachelor of technology in Mechanical Engineering with 66 %Marks

•Batch 2010 – 2014 from Kalpi Institute of Technology, Kalpi ( Affiliated to Kurukshetra University)

•Passed class XII with 69 % marks from Govt boys Sr. Sec. School, Naraingarhin 2010

•Passed class Xth with 87 % marks from New Saraswati high School, Nagla in 2008
