• Floor walk and answering queries on floor, getting feedback from team members on their query and reporting the same to the respective Managers

• Should ensure cases are assigned in a timely manner. Tracking of aged and SLA approaching cases Managing case assignment for absenteeism

• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees

• Sending Exit survey to the ex-employees and collating the feedbacks received and sending it across to the Management
