The Web Forms Management System [WFMS] will enable business users in Singapore Polytechnic to create and manage online web routing forms.

The system will serve as a centralized online repository for forms and include services for submitting, routing and approving forms.

The system will provide an online web forms creation framework to enable business users to design forms, create customized views and store the data in domino databases.

The system will be scalable and can handle a minimum of 300 different forms. It will be enabled using a single base form with a configuration capability.

The system will provide a management framework to facilitate the end-to-end from creation process i.e. requests for new forms, approval by business process owners, design of forms, testing and release of forms for production. The framework shall also serve as a forms database.

The system will provide export functions for authorized users to download data.

The system will provide personalized menus and views for users to monitor and track submitted requests through the various stages of workflow. Depending on their roles or privileges, users shall be able to access relevant functions e.g. Design Form, Submit Form etc.

The System is developed using Lotus Notes R6.

IRIS supports the submission of documents in a variety of electronic document types including Notes e-mail with attachments.

As a part of Improvement in the IRIS4, World Bank wants the Procurement Workflow to be implemented based on the Procurement/Loan request document submitted in the IRIS4. There are various roles like Borrower, Reviewer and Approvers. There are dynamic routing conditions as well as automated Tasks involved after each level of approval/rejection.

It leverages the capability of Lotus Workflow 3.0.It has complex routing conditions, which are calculated dynamically as per the information entered by the End User. Project Description

COPS is the Notes based Application, which is used for the processing the application of the new subscribers. It has been extended to the Dealers through Citrix Server. The Security was implemented as per the Client’s Requirements. The Client wanted an Interface from the Notes to Attach the Scanned Images and pass it to the Domino Doc after getting scrutinized by the Verification Team of the BPL. The Transfer of Scanned Images are tagged with the critical fields and passed to Domino Doc (as per the Binders set) using C API during night hours.
