Dual Ratio concept for Vacuum Booster:-

Dual ratio booster for different applications. This concept is reduce the pedal effort and increasing the performance of booster.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interact with customer to understand the design requirements.

Do design calculation, Stack up and design iteration as per customer requirement. Prepare preliminary bill of material for new products for costing.

Prepare CAD models and customer acceptance drawing in customer requested format.

Preparation of detailed drawing of various child parts and assemblies for manufacturing using CAD software.

Communication with customers on technical issues, follow up with customers for quality related issues, deciding action plan in case of any ambiguity, implementing the course of action.

Prepare kit part list for release in co-ordinate with after-market department.

Take action on engineering action request, deviations & concessions, alteration, and short order for prototypes for development, testing and customer samples.

Providing proto samples to testing team and take up design changes based on test results from vehicle testing, Dyno testing and hydraulics testing team.

Benchmarking of competitor products and enhance current product.

Prepare and update TGW & TGR (Thinks Gone Wrong & Thinks Gone Right).
