JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interact with customer to understand the design requirements.
Do design calculation, Stack up and design iteration as per customer requirement. Prepare preliminary bill of material for new products for costing.
Prepare CAD models and customer acceptance drawing in customer requested format.
Preparation of detailed drawing of various child parts and assemblies for manufacturing using CAD software.
Communication with customers on technical issues, follow up with customers for quality related issues, deciding action plan in case of any ambiguity, implementing the course of action.

Prepare kit part list for release in co-ordinate with after-market department.
