I previously worked at Liberty Cinemas in Hinesville, GA and I was dual trained as an usher and a concessionist (cashier). As an usher, I would clean the theaters and maintain a clean place for our customers. As a concessionist, I would make popcorn and our other food items, I’d clean behind the stand and in front of it, I would also count money and communicate with customers.

I worked at Cici’s Pizza for a short amount of time. My father was the general manager there and needed an employee short term. I was there from April until school let out, then he was able to hire someone else and I had arrangements to babysit for the summer. At this job, I cleaned the cooking and prep areas, restocked items for the next shift, and put pizzas out on the buffet.

I attended LCCA my sophomore year of high school. I attended here as an elective, specifically in the Culinary Arts program. In this program, I learned about food safety and food-bourne illnesses. Towards the middle of the second nine weeks we had a ‘bistro’ at the school where we made different foods and sold them to the other students at LCCA and at some point we had a chance to help choose prices and run the register.I also did some after school volunteer work with this class, for example I went to Button Gwinnett Elementary and helped cater a school dance.
