Came into the store as lead desk manager under the original owner Wendkos. Store was doing around 90-105 units per month between Hyundai and Mitsubishi new and used. Increased the units to around 140/m while keeping to a strict turn time to under 5 days due to cash flow issues. Morgan purchased the store June 2018 and brought in a new General Manager who offered me GSM. Our first month after transition we did 204 cars. My previous General Manager, Raul Gomila, had taken a platform manager position in NC and offered me a chance to go to JMA finance school and take a finance position. I Attended school August 2016 and passed with flying colors. I came back to the store and did finance for the next 6 months averaging a PVR of 1,700 on about 70 turns. After we lost our desk manager I doubled as primary Desk manager and backup Finance until I left the store in October 2017. I controlled all aspects of incentive management, internet pricing on new and used cars, submitting the deals and controlling the paper. We were a primarily secondary store with average beacon score of 580. Our turn time never exceeded 15 days.
