Our company’s honourable CLIENTS are, GARRETT, BORGWARNER, SFL& WAYANE, CATERPILLER.Our manufacturing parts are Compressor Housing [Supplied to BORGWARNER & GARRETT ], FRONT COVER IFC [ Supplied to Sundaram fastners Ltd.], I-METER [Petroleum product is supplied to Wayne/DFS ]. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Checking of In-Process Materials and approve to run the job.

New Product Development parts layout inspection.

Conducting Initial process capability study for new product part.

Analysis customer complaints and take corrective action, Submit 8D reports to customer.

Reviewing the in-house rejected parts on a daily basis and analyzing the root cause of the defect.

Checking of Incoming Materials and getting approval from engineer to run the job.

To give all support for the implementation of Poke-yoke devices in Factory.

To give support to reduce cycle time, Increasing Productivity, Support to team.

Develop Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines for various process operations.

PROBLEM SOLVING: solve problem through problem solving techniques like 7QC tools.
