Checking of In-Process Materials and approve to run the job.

New Product Development parts layout inspection.

Conducting Initial process capability study for new product part.

Analysis customer complaints and take corrective action, Submit 8D reports to customer.

Reviewing the in-house rejected parts on a daily basis and analyzing the root cause of the defect.

Checking of Incoming Materials and getting approval from engineer to run the job.
