Working as a mechanical supervisor in a TATA brand company JUSCO, P.E & C Dept. since May 2008 as a Diploma Trainee.

Presently working as a Sr. Officer in JUSCO since December 2010.

Achievement :-

Got best engineer award from JUSCO in the year 2010 – 2011 at 40TH National Safety Day.

Responsibilities at work :-

1.Handling entire fabrication as per consultants drawing.

2.Handling entire erection job as per consultants drawing.

3.Controlling safety norm while on the job.

4.Involve in inspection conduct by clients and consultants.

5.Imparting toolbox talk daily before start of job to the workmen engaged for the height work, hot work, etc.

6.Certifing JMR quantities of fabrication and erection for billing purpose duely sign from consultants and clients.

7.Preparing Daily Progress Reports of job done quantity for superiors as well as clients.

8.Handling reconcillation of stuctural steel and consumable items involing in fabrication and erection.

On Job Exposure :-

1.Well competent to read structural drawing.

2.Competent enough to get fabrication as per drawing independently.

3.Competent to adhere the indicative test plan (ITP).

4.Exposure to national and international codes like 800, IS 822 & AWSD 1.1, ASME Ser ix.

1.5500 MT Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel for Cold Rolling Mill Plant (CRM) at Bara site TATA Steel for :-

Boiler & compressor House, Electrical Control Room (ECR Bldg.), Picking line entry & exit, Acid Regenerating Plant Bldg, Tank Farm Area and Admin Bldg.

2.15000 MT Fabrication of Structural Steel at TATA Growth Shop (TGS) for Kalinganagar Plant TATA STEEL (Orissa) for :-

Conveyor gallery, Trestle, SMS – II, Sinter Plant, Junction House, Transverse moniter, CRM plant.

3.3500 MT Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel for Raw Material Handling System (RMHS) at TATA STEEL works for:-

Conveyor galleries, Trestle, Junction House, Primary Crusher House, Secondary Crusher House.

4.1250 MT Erection of Structural Steel for CDQ Power Plant at TATA STEEL works.

5.Fabrication and Erection of Pipe Line at JODA Housing Project TATA STEEL (Orissa) for:- 7 km drinking water G.I pipe laying, diversion of live pipe lines.

6.Erection, Installation and commissioning of Equipments of 630 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) at JODA Housing Project TATA STEEL (Orissa) .

7.Erection, Installation and commissioning of Equipments of 1000 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and 630 KLD Water Treatment Plant (WTP) at Kalinganagar Housing Project TATA STEEL (Orissa) .

8.Erection and Installation of Batching Plant at Kalinganagar Housing Project TATA STEEL (Orissa) .
