WORK EXPERIENCE

As a manager Katente Country Resort

As the general manager, from Feb 2018-June 2019, I was in charge of general supervision which included recruitment of staff, tracking all contracts for both staff and clients and service providers, staff welfare, filing returns, weekly and monthly reports, generating and managing budgets and imprest, creation of revenues, overall analysis of the Hotel and many other duties as they need arises. I made sure that the interpersonal relationship among employees is improved, increased the registered daily sales both in the bar, restaurant and guest houses. I made comparisons with other places in the same industry just to learn more on what new improvements we needed to add. Bridging the gap between the employees and the employer which in turn yielded positively. The data was collected using tablets which made me do the work with ease and ensure efficiency and confidentiality as the report would be handed in on a daily basis to avoid sharing of information and altering or forging the responses as the time would only be available for data collection.

Kandopix deals in graphics, real estate development and agriculture. As a field sales executive I managed to cover the whole of Nakawa Division and my role was to capture information for the Primary schools there and do PLE Registration package.
