*Dealing with Architects, Engineers, interior decorators, Contractors & builders.
*Specify a product in projects by architects & clients.
*Direct contact with clients and maintain relation with existing clients.
* Presentation to clients & architects.
* Troubleshooting client problems.
*Price negotiation, monitoring products benefits.
*Participated in exhibitions & events.
*Handle sales promotional campaigns (Seminars, Exhibition, & B2C.
*After sales feedback, Follow ups and Testimonials.
* Correspondence with present buyers regarding Price Negotiations, finalization of deal, order status, inquiries, samples and payments.
Job Description-
* The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:-
* Initiating and developing relationships with key decision maker i.e. Builders, Architects, Interior Designers, Corporate etc.
* Closely work with Architects, Interior Designers & PMCs to assure that our products are recommended by these influencers.
* To initiate specification process & getting specification approval from influencers.
* To ensure listing of our brand in BOQs/ Mock-ups in the initial stages of the project and subsequently secure the orders.
* Identifying prospective clients from various sectors and generate business from the existing/new clients.
* Coordinating at various levels and leading to effective result delivery.
* Creating brand visibility and presence
