Preparing Proposals for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Study and Engineering Projects of MTMM.

Enquiries and their bid submission before the deadline. Follow up with the Client for the renewal of their Environmental Industrial Licenses for Construction & Operation from GAMEP, RCJY and The Saudi authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zone(MODON). Preparing Project Completion Certificates and Feedback Questionnaire and submitting it to the Clients and follow up for their feedback. Preparing & submitting Project related invoices to the Client and Follow-up for payments.

Coordinating with the Client/Project and Arranging for Site Inspections/surveys as requested by RCJY & GAMEP officials. Preparing and submitting the Site Survey reports as received by the respected departments of MTMM and its submission to the Authority (RCJY & GAMEP) for approval.

Coordinating with the Clients, RCJY & GAMEP for the status of submitted Projects reports and their requirements for MTMM's Engineering and Environmental Projects.

Responsible for the collection of required data from the Client to incorporate in the report.

Coordinating with the Project Managers/Engineers for the revision of the submitted reports as recommended by RCJY & GAMEP if necessary. Preparing the itinerary schedule for the boss & Executive staff as instructed. Complete-finisher; checks and follows up – immaculate record-keeper. Responsible for Preparing and updating the on-going Projects/Enquiries list, List of Projects Payments received and Project outstanding Payments.
