Customer relationship:

Coordinate with the customers from receiving Purchase orders to delivery of the product

All communications with the customers by mail and oral

Immediate response to the customers in terms of delivery & other customer complaints

Take actions regarding closing of customer complaints and make necessary CAPA.

Purchase & Logistics:

Taking care of Purchase activities with a supervisor reporting to me

Responsible for purchasing Raw material, Tools & Consumables, Instruments & Gauges

Supplier Evaluation monitoring for their performance in terms of Quality & Delivery

Supplier audits at scheduled intervals for monitoring their performance

New vendor identification for existing parts as a contingency measures and also to have a better comparison

Subcontract follow up for special processes involved like plating, welding, heat treatments etc..

Drawing understanding and new product development:
