• Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, references, databases as per Requirement

• Conducting preliminary interviews

• Lionizing /Requirement gathering with the client

• CV screening / short listing.

• Cold Calling.

• Coordinating & scheduling of interviews. Explaining the job profile to the potential candidates / resources.

• Resolving queries from potential candidates / resources in regards to subjected requirement.

• Preparing MIS reports on the resource management workflow.

• Validating & verification check.
