Monthly P&L Review and preparing the action plans.

Productivity and profitability operating costs, quality level of production sanitation and cleanliness &hygiene.

Prepares staff incentive every month so as to increase the revenue by upselling.

Conducts all the administration works required.

Conducts, under the guidance of the Food & Beverage Services Manager, such functions as interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, on-the-job performance, coaching, counseling and suspension if necessary to ensure appropriate staffing and productivity

Establishes and maintains effective employee relations. Improves sales awareness in employees whilst being aware of the current Market.
