Asst manager Sales and Costing works under supervision of Deputy General Manager and Head of Department
Roles and responsibilities of Asst manager Sales & Marketing, Costing and Estimation Engineer are as follows:
• Reports to Deputy General Manager and Head of Department.
• Creating Sales order.
• Is responsible of supporting sales, marketing & Purchase activities.
• Assists Sales Manager in customer events and exhibitions.
• Visiting customers places.
• Is responsible of effective costing with clear information.
• Negotiated terms and conditions with clients and business partners
• Preparing weekly, Monthly & Annual sales report.
• Responsible for submit Quotations.
• Assists Sales Manager in on time submission of quotations to customers.
• Supports internal departments who are involved in RFQ process, to do their part on-time and with good quality.
• Is responsible of inserting orders in the system.
• Regular reports on Sales, Dispatches, Pending PO’s, forecast and material price to sales Manager.
• Alert Tracking, Obsolesce Tracking, PDC parts Tracking, Concerns Tracking, Provision reports.
