If the Panel is fine with the candidate,then will take the candidate to MD for Final Around

After MD Finalization, Will be doing the Salary Negotiation & Salary Fixation according to the Company Norms & and will ensure the candidates confirmation for the acceptance of the offer .

Ensure Back Ground Verification for the selected Candidates are completed on time

Generating & Issuing of Offer Letter, Appointment Order, Separation, Transfer Letters etc through SAP

Preparation of Government Official Letters, Bank Letters, Inplant Training, Project Training Letters.

Following the candidates till on boarded

Doing Joining Formalities, Giving Induction about the company, Explaining Company Policies And Procedures, leave Policies, Giving Bank Kits etc

Giving Biometric Access To New Joinees

Maintenance of all mandatory Documents of Candidates & Employees in SAP & Filing
