I am a very attentive listener and I am always ready to listen carefully when speaking to the public, as sometimes people’s needs are complicated. I believe I should be able to remember the needs of the customers in order to communicate their desires clearly. I am also able to convey any messages, should there be anything that the customer may require. I am able to converse with the customers / public in such a way as to answer questions and to meet their needs simply and thoroughly, with little complication.
People Skills
As well as having good communication skills I have very good customer service, as I believe it is required to maintaining a high attention to detail. I am be able to meet the needs of the customer, even when they’re not being easy to work with.
Fast thinking & working quickly
As a security officer means working and thinking at a fast pace but still maintaining an appearance of relaxed & calm. I believe I move swiftly without appearing to run or rush and I am very observant of my surroundings. A high level of focus and attention makes working quickly easier, because when I’m focused in on the details of my surroundings I can execute my role at a fast pace of proficiency to meet the needs of my role.
Multitasking
As a house cleaner and security officer I was are always managing several things at once. Sometimes one customer/client will be asking for information or asking that I carry out additional tasks. By having clear communication skills I am able to manage these little issue while keeping the customer happy. It’s critical that I remain attuned to the various levels of need of each customer / client
