Preparation, review & update (when applicable) of documents related to Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) such as Control plan, Process Flow Diagram (PFC), Process Failure Mode & Effective Analysis (PFMEA), Mesurement System Analysis Studies (MSA) & various other documents.

Preparing & Executing of Quality Manuals & Procedure based upon IATF 16949:2016 & EMS 14001:2015& ISO 45001:2018 Standard (Management Representative)

Co-ordination with DNV for IATF 16949: 2016, EMS 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001 Periodic Audit.

Plan for the audits (Third party audits & process, product audit, internal audit)

Conducting Supplier Quality Management System (QMS) Audit to improve Supplier System.

Internal Audit conducting (IATF/EMS/OH&S) & Improving Inline.

Preparation and co-ordination for HMI 5 Star Audit and follow up.

Conducting Process & Product Audit & Improving Inline Condition.

Update IHD PFMEA Standard based upon revision in PFMEA Manual and Customer Specific requirement.

Updating and reviewing Quality Monthly Report.

Monthly Calculating Business Objective Matrix for both QMS and EMS & OHSAS

Preparation of SC/SP certificates to operators. (Whenever the Operators in SC/SP is changed).

Defect Identification award- Prepare report and issue of award to operators

Preparing MRM report & Reviewing the results.

Conducting Supplier Review Meeting & Internal Quality Meeting.

Master List of Drawings are maintaining as per Engineering Changes & Bill of Material Updating
