The surrounding grounds and parking have a total built-up area of 150,000 m2 . Luxurious two-to-four bedroom apartments are on levels 29 to 63 and a penthouse crowns the top floor. The project also includes a seven-story podium and a three-story pre-function ballroom. The 5- Star Hotel makes its home on the lower 28 floors of the tower and boasts 224 guest suites, 18 serviced apartments, four restaurants, a male and female health club/spa, a kids’ club, and an outdoor pool with stunning views of the Red Sea. The Residences are housed on floors 29 to 63. The slender rectangle design and sail-shaped façade elements add distinctive charm to the tower while providing a range of ingenious benefits.
