- Receive all kind of invoices listed to QTA and distributed to my colleagues each according to his specialty.

- I was preparing the Shares Services Dept. invoices and make all the required process until finalization and entered to the Finance Program.

- Handle the internal MOM for the staff, and follow-up with them about the required tasks and help them out for any further requirements to meet the deadline time.
