JOB EXPERIENCE

Duties and Functions:

Assisted in the Recruitment, Selection and Placement Division and performed the following tasks;

Acted as Secretariat of the Personnel Selection Board (PSB) during the selection process;

Formulated questionnaires and test papers vis-à-vis the position descriptions of positions;

Administered and prepared schedule of examinations, interviews, induction programs and orientations to newly hired personnel;

Performed in the updating of Position Descriptions of personnel;

Acted and Performed the following HR functions in the Performance Management Section, such as;

Reviewed the employee performance targets vis-à-vis outputs in their respective Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR);

Did coaching re: performance appraisals a per request individually or in groups;

Facilitated the submission of IPCRs semi-annually; mid-year and year-end, to meet the timeframe stipulated in the Provincial Management System;

Endorsed and countersigned qualified employee during mid-year and year-end bonuses and other incentives;

Acted as the Secretariat in the facilitation/validation of qualified “employee of the month” awards as part of the HR awards and recognition mechanism of the Human Resource Management System.

Reassigned/ Acted as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in the M and E Section; with the following duties and functions, viz;

Facilitated/Submitted the check and balances of the office’s projects,programs and activities (ppa) per designated budget vis-à-vis the actual utilization to the M and E in charged office;

Monitored and recommended hypertensive and hypotensive employees for immediate medical attention to the contracted medical facility provider.

Assisted/Supported the Learning and Development Section per their request to facilitate mid-year and year-end assessments and operational planning and assessment when the L and D trainers are not available due to conflict of schedules.
