Based out of Abu Dhabi but working remotely from the UK, I managed our North American and European top clients. I am responsible for first line account management of DMS clients which includes day to day client care and support. This involved dealing with client queries ranging from information requests to database technical issues as well as setting up client meetings and conducting database training to all users of the database. I was ultimately responsible for ensuring our existing clients renew their annual database subscription. I have achieved this by providing outstanding service to my clients and building a positive relationship with decision-makers and influencers. It was also my role to attract new clients where possible and this requires a flexible approach in communicating our unique selling points.
