• Presently working overnight shift in a remote order entry setting for several hospitals across the United States

• Duties include order verification, implementing formulary substitutions, dosing pharmacokinetic consults (vancomycin, warfarin, etc), renal dosing, and following protocols and procedures for over 20 different hospitals at once
