Construction Site Manager/Owner Representative-
The projects include the construction and commissioning of winds turbines and associated balance of plant infrastructure, including roads, foundations, electrical collection, fiber optic, substations and transmission lines.
Ensure all project contracts (turbine supply contract and wind farm BOP contract) executed by the Owner are fully implemented, within schedule, cost, quality and performance requirements.
Assist Owner in contract negotiations, including future change orders, if necessary.
Coordinate any Owner requirements with environmental agencies as well as the local community.
Act as the liaison between land owners and Owner in regards to development and construction needs
Validate construction progress and milestone accomplishments for contractor payment.

Ensure efficient coordination between site contractors, including contractor’s master schedule preparation, update and modification. Participate in schedule activity, especially in matters that may affect the Owner.
