Project Description : Basra Gas Company, Iraq Projects

Basra Gas Company currently handles the gas produced in four oil fields in the south of Iraq included in the License Round 1 (LR1) held be the Iraqi government. These fields are West Qurna, North Rumaila, South Rumaila and Zubair. Currently much of the associated gas produced by the LR1 operator is flared. BGC’s own growth strategy involves gathering the currently flared gas and developing grater processing capacity for increasing volumes of Gas and Natural Gas Liquids (NGL’s). Some of this capacity expansion will be achieved via the rehabilitation of existing facilities at the North Rumaila and Khor Al Zubair NGL Plants (NR NGL and KAZ) and some via new developments, with the ultimate aim of reaching 2 BScfd gas productions.

From Nov 2017 to May 2018 : CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING (CPE), DUBAI

Project Description : BAB Integrated Facilities Project (BIFP, ADCO Project)

The field is sour with high H2S content. The wells to the northeast of Bab field exhibit generally higher H2S content than wells to the southwest.

Bab injects aquifer water into the producing zones as the pressure maintenance strategy. Associated water will be injected back to Thamama-B reservoir under ongoing project. Associated gas separated at BCDS is delivered to GASCO for processing and processed Crude Oil is pumped to ADCO export network.

Project Description : Kuwait Oil Company, Construction of Gathering Centre-31

A large-scale EPC contract for new Oil refinery to increase oil production to 1MMBOPD by the year 2015/2016 and keep the production at this plateau rate for at least 5 years. The present NK wet crude capacity is around 760 MBOPD and new plant is required to meet this planned target.

Project Description : Habshan Sulphur Granulation Project, GASCO

The Emirates oil contains between 1 and 2 percent sulphur while it’s gas contains between 0.5 percent an

1.5 percent. State energy giant Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) plans to increase oil production capacity to 3.5mbpd by 2019 from its current capacity of 2.7mbpd.

Project Description : TOTAL Global, Total Optara Refinery

The Total Optara project is an extension/adjustment of an existing oil refinery. The refinery’s total licensed capacity is 20.5 million tons of crude oil per year. The new/adjusted installations provided by the OPTARA project convert the vacuum residue into high-quality oil components. These components are then processed further in the existing installations.

Project Description : Sabic OL6 Energy Improvement Project

The Cracker is fed raw material gases and liquids and cracks apart their components at temperatures of about 1,000 degrees before cooling them to below -180c to produce ethylene, propylene and butadiene.

Coordinate with site execution team, meetings to provide the technical guidance and resolve the site technical query from the contractor and expertise such that project goals are clearly understood to minimize the delays.

Perform supervisory functions at the level established by management for the position to ensure all engineering & construction activities are as per company standards & scope of work.

Selection of motor rating based on pump specification and kWh calculation based on diesel consumption.

Weekly & monthly work schedule, resource requirements and progress measurement system to ensure the completion of the project within budget and report the important issues such as deviations, delays to management to support for corrective action.
