Study and understand project as a whole comprising planning, construction, erection, commissioning & handover.
Scrutinize project requirements (Scope, Needs & Deliverables, time, cost. Resource, Quality) and arrive at contracting / execution strategy.
Prepare project scope statement and work breakdown structure to create basis of project plan including all disciplines civil, electrical, electro mechanical and landscape works etc.
Prepare and develop detailed Master Construction Baseline programs using planning software’s Primavera in line with project management and planning tools & technique covering all stages of project life cycle i.e., concept till completion.
Develop unit wise micro programs include activity definition, activity sequencing, arriving out program schedule, assignment of activity wise quantities, calculation of activity wise resource team requirements, assignment of activity, targets & productivity w.r.t standards, cost management, etc.
Creating Network Diagram highlighting project duration, milestones and critical path.
Arrive at time & cost baselines in order to facilitate approval process.
Facilitate timely completion of project through extensive Planning & Monitoring.
Providing inputs systematically for procurement & contracting job role based on approved program schedules.
Liasing and Coordinating with the suppliers and Sub-Contractors
Monitoring, Adjusting and updating the schedules, cost plans according to work progress.
Preparation of Presentation using PPT reporting the Project status and updates of progress with current trends, deviations, and other unresolved issues pertaining to the baseline program schedule
Track project schedule and budget & prepare Tracking Reports, hindrances, Variation Reports and measure the performance against the Performance Measurement Baseline.
Formulate Daily/Weekly/Monthly Project Tracking Reports for Management Review meetings pertaining to project progress, cost and scheduling Predict time delays and cost overrun and alert the management in advance in the performance of the project
Preparation of Extension of time and Delay analysis report for the contractual claims in the project.
Delay analysis and facilitating preventive actions
Prepare catch-up Plans and facilitate implementations.
Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs & method of construction and coordination with site activities.
Prepare and develop Project Management Plan for smooth execution and delivery of all projects from concept till completion.
Attaining Cost effectiveness by proper work planning and controlling the wastages of construction materials and labors.
Overseeing actual progress of work versus planned work milestones.
Identifying project bottlenecks and highlight for corrective measures to avoid cost overrun.
Site inspection and coordination of construction to ensure the works completed are in accordance with contract.
Plan, Coordinate and Supervise QA/QC Activities to ensure that work is done in accordance to Relevant Codes & Standards.
