Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring and administering the QA/QC Plan.

Implementation of all applicable quality procedure, ITP, hold points, method statements, and work procedure

(work instruction) compliance to approved construction management. Preparing Inspection format, RFI and coordinate with client QA/QC policy, Attending the daily review meetings, and submitting daily progress reports by the day wise schedules. Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements. Preparing method statements, QC Procedures, Material Approval Requests, NCRs, Site Observation Memos etc. Engage in various QA/QC documentation including review of subcontractors ITP, method of statements and other related documents.

Initiate issuance of NCR for non-conforming activities and follow up the close-out. Ensure conformity of construction activities as per KOC standards & specifications. Conducts civil/building works inspection as per KN standards & specifications for wastewater equalization tank foundations, pipe rack foundations, foundation for tabletops, boiler foundations, sewage, drainage manholes, and catch basins.

Conducts civil inspection for precast columns & beams for pipe racks. Grouting for pin joints & wet joints for beams & girders.

Grouting inspection for various static and rotary equipment’s using epoxy and non-shrink grout. Maintaining the quality of work at site, by inspecting the construction materials like sand, Coarse aggregates and fine aggregates, soil, steels, cement.

Prepare Cube Casting Logs and maintaining according to daily casting. Preparing crushing reports. Report the tests being done in the field on daily basis. About My-Self:
