Key Result Areas:
Leading a dynamic team of 5 Team members that responds and fulfills company’s hiring needs from Manpower requirement identification till Onboarding (Salary Negotiation, Offer preparation).
●Single point of contact for all recruitment, onboarding and other BHR activities across all Plants, Regional Offices & Corporate offices.
● Tracking recruitment Source Mix, pipeline & status availability, Conversion ratio, Quality of hire (% of infant attrition, Feedback) for self & team.
● Handling the onboarding department with all clients whomever we worked.
●Reducing the cost per hire as well as the turnaround time to close the open positions, ensuring hiring is done as per management guidelines.
●Working & coordinating with Manpower Consultants to close positions as per the time line (Vendor Management).
●Successfully coordinated & conducted several recruitment drives, Walk-ins and Campus Hiring.
●Coordinating with Onsite/Offshore Teams for Technical Interviews, Feedback gathering, referral Checks and Negotiation of Salary.
●Coordinating with HR on joining formalities for New Hires.
●Preparing Salary Structure and Offer Letter of the selected candidates after approval from the Business Head.
●Responsible for Manpower planning for different Clients like TCS, Mindtree, Wipro, UST Global, ACG.
●JD Preparation according to the Business requirement.
●Duties and responsibilities Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and hiring managers to facilitate a strategic, effective and efficient recruiting process Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from planning & sourcing to candidate assessment and offers till the candidate is onboarded.
●Acts as a canal between TA team, top management, employees and other stakeholders.
●Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
●Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
●Extensive experience for Active sourcing through Job portals Naukri, Monster & Passive sourcing through Social Networking, LinkedIn, Facebook etc. to fulfill the positions and stimulating them to apply for the jobs.
●Preparation of monthly reports and maintaining interview status & candidate database.
Conducting exit interviews for employees and provide relieving letter, recording them accordingly.
