Revamped the contracts for all of the clients we provided a service to and made them pay for the services we provided.

I had 33 direct reports to manage, they were all full-time employees. I also troubleshoot and improve various manufacturing issues and share the issues with other shifts. We shipped out 10k-20k orders each day. I also ensured that all production data was reported properly and in a timely manner to the appropriate staff.

Performed Inventory Control at SHOP NBC. Coordinated getting returned items back on the shelf in a timely manner. We put 2k-3k items back on the shelf which enabled the pickers to fulfill orders in a timely manner. I also did Cycle Counts for each Quarter to keep accurate record of Inventory.
