In Astrazeneca Commercials Data Testing is done to validate the Commercial data flow from the Data lake->CDR->Redshift Presentation Layer(staging)->Redshift Planning and Integration Layer-

Customer Engagement center is a customer support application built in PEGA . JELD-

WEN CEC application provides two types of customer service, CEC application Caller management and Case management. In Caller Management, the dealer or the Customer calls the CEC application representative CCR for Queries regarding the product he purchased in Jeld Wen, Quote regarding the Jeld Wen products available or regarding Service request for the purchased product. Once the Dealer/Customer Calls in a new Interaction is created. The CCR gets the Details of the Caller and searches his record and updates the customer record with the query he has called in for and the resolution provided to him. If new Caller is first time caller a customer record is created and the details of the call and the resolution provided are captured corresponding to it.

In Case Management, The Dealer/customer logs into the Dealer Self Service portal (DSS) and creates a DSS request for the issues regarding Jeld wen product purchased. The request is routed to the Work basket of the CCR group. The CCR logs into the CCR portal selects the DSS request and provides the resolution for the request raised by the Dealer/customer, The DSS request is routed back to the Dealer/ customer for the feedback on the resolution. Based on the Dealer/customer positive feedback the DSS request is brought to closure else on negative feedback the DSS request

is assigned back to the CCR for resolution. The process is repeated until the DSS request is brought to closure.

Audatex VDS is an Automobile Service estimation application. It was migration project from existing Oracle forms to Angular JS. The application is used to maintain the Vehicle parts details, pricing list, the labor details and pricing list for labor services used for replacing or repairing the parts. This VDS (Vehicle Data system) application is used to estimate and bill automobile services in USA and Canada. It contains all the vehicle id vehicle name, vehicle edition, style, Parts within the vehicle their price and labor needed to service vehicle and their corresponding pricing details etc. It is used to calculate the service charges based on the price of the parts to be replaced and labor cost involved and the time taken in US and Canada.

The Lorenzo Healthcare System is used to maintain all the medical history of each and every person in England. It provides unique National Health Service (NHS) number to each one, using this number we can view the complete medical details of that person. This number is given when a person's’ Birth is registered or when he is registered to the spine of the Data base. He can avail medical treatment in England by providing the NHS number and all the medical information of the patient will be saved in the database. The patients are of three types Outpatient, Inpatient and Day care

Patient. All the hospitals are linked together the patient can give his NHS number and get the treatment. A patient can also be referred to other specialists for a specific treatment. All the medical details of the patient will be saved and can be retrieved using the NHS number. Lorenzo consists of three applications System configuration, Main application and Profile editor. The entities like Health Organization, Service points, and location and care services, Security group are created in System configuration. The Patient details like patient birth, patient registration, referrals made and other medical details are captured in the Main application. The configuration of mandatory values in application is done in Profile Editor.
