Create and design solution/proposals. Review the prepared Quote with the Global Quote team. Obtain Quote & SOAR approval from Global team, post review

Work with relevant technical teams and ensure the Project Implementation is within the schedule and the Budget

Creating and processing Project Change Requests (PCR) whenever required

Follow the Stakeholder management and Communication management plan to get the proposal approved.

Apply good business judgement in prioritization of Service Requests in line with business objectiveness and contractual commitments

Participate in the weekly project status call with Program Manager and Provide inputs on the possible projects risks and finding an effective solution.

Conducted monthly Internal E-mail & Voice Calibrations with all QAs&Hosted Client Calibration sessions

Create Bucketing Reports on a monthly basis based on the monthly Soft Skills Quality(Voice & E-mail) Scores
