DUTIES:
Responsible for operating and maintaining PMS, Safety Management system and other modules on our vessels according to current procedures and standards with the objective to minimize downtime and overall cost of maintaining vessels, machinery and equipment.
Participating in maintaining and recording the company maintenance strategies ensuring compliance with existing and new rules within environment, health and safety.
Assisting IT systems in charge in daily maintenance of the database and data transmission to/from the vessels.
Supporting vessels and office users in use of the maintenance system.

Service letter (Continuous improvement) distribution to the applicable vessels.
