Professional Experience:

Design Engineer

Furnteck Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Pune (May 2018 to Present): Manufacturers and market leaders of Aluminum melting and heat treatment furnaces, foundry accessories and die casting. As a Design Engineer with Furnteck Engineers, my activities were: 1. Designing of furnaces and die casting from concept till manufacturing. 2. Preparing the conceptual plans, developing the concepts to 3D models, designing for manufacturing and assembly, preparing detailed manufacturing drawings and BOM, enabling smooth manufacturing workflow.

3. Evaluating the product, subassemblies and elements for its strength, effectiveness and probabilities of failure, and make modifications wherever required. 4. Prepare the technical document for marketing, operation manual for the user and standard manufacturing process document in consultation with manufacturing team. 5. Interacting with existing customers and obtaining the feedback from them regarding the equipment performance and incorporate any required changes in design to optimize the furnace effectiveness.

Projects:

1. Solutionizing-Aging Plant: Successfully developed Solutionizing and Aging Furnaces. Developed the furnace concept and designed motorized roller beds, motorized trolleys, pneumatic door and quench assembly, among the other equipments of the furnace. 2. Heat treatment plant: A heat treatment plant included carburizing, hardening, preheating process for 100 kg /hr

3. Electrical heated launder: This Electrical heated launder transfer molten metal from furnace to mould.

5. Leak testing machine for manifold: This fixture used for leak testing of aluminum manifold of pump.

Design Engineer:
