Broadly my areas of expertise can be described as below;

1.I take medical histories and perform physical examinations to assess the patient to determine a possible diagnosis for both acute and chronic conditions.I try to give continuous care for the patient till complete wellbeing is achieved. Integrated healthcare providance is base of my consultation.

2.I work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide optimal care. The team includes counseller,dietician,out reach worker,physiotherapist and other specialists if required. I often train Junior staff and nurses, and others about their area of expertise as well.

3.I provide education to patients, families and support staff as it relates to the patient condition, diagnosis and treatment as and when required. I offer resources with information and research like News letters,E mails,smss that patients can use to make informed decisions about their treatment plan.

4.Overall my aim is to provide patient centered management in cost effective way.

5.I completed all formal training in basic medical education (certificate obtained)with particular attention to developing areas of scholarly excellence and individual identity.

6.I completed 4 years as an assistant professor,, as per MCI guidelines.

7.I also have ICMR,MUHS educational research projects with mbbs students ongoing with one international presentation,2 publication in medical MCI recognised journal and one online Research publication.

8.I involved in educational activities, and scholarly activities that result in communication of knowledge. Teaching activities includes the development of lectures, videos, and other teaching materials.
